Self-care & restoration through mindful connection with nature where you live (via Zoom)
Find greater depth and beauty in the places you pass every day, and restore your sense of well-being from within your own backyard or neighborhood. These walk/sit sessions are designed to guide you in developing a practice of connecting with nature within and around you. Participants will zoom or phone in from where they live. For best experience, participants will be outdoors near a tree or plants, though if the weather is unsafe or unsuitable, participants can zoom from indoors and be near a window and/or plant.
